For the first time, we’re going to have a deep dive into Cloud Service Brokers. Join Konstantin Semenov from VMware, who is also an avid contributor to the Services Management working group in the Cloud Foundry Community, as he walks us through the what, why, and how of Cloud Service Brokers. Cloud Service Brokers use custom Brokerpaks, which will enable platform operators to easily expose services to their developers from any public cloud.

Cloud service broker provides access to the most popular IaaS services into the Cloud Foundry marketplace. And although Cloud Service Broker might not support a service you need out of the box, it does provide an extension mechanism for adding more services. Join the session to learn about building custom brokerpaks, the supporting tools to help you jumpstart a new brokered service, and what to look out for when doing so.

The project is open source and can be accessed here: https://github.com/cloudfoundry/cloud-service-broker.
