Description

It was discovered that Ruby incorrectly handled the ungetbyte and ungetc methods. A remote attacker could use this issue to cause Ruby to crash, resulting in a denial of service, or possibly obtain sensitive information. Update Instructions: Run `sudo pro fix USN-6853-1` to fix the vulnerability. The problem can be corrected by updating your system to the following package versions: libruby2.7 – 2.7.0-5ubuntu1.14 ruby2.7 – 2.7.0-5ubuntu1.14 ruby2.7-dev – 2.7.0-5ubuntu1.14 ruby2.7-doc – 2.7.0-5ubuntu1.14 No subscription required
