Description
Florian Weimer discovered that the GNU C Library incorrectly handled certain memory operations. A remote attacker could use this issue to cause the GNU C Library to crash, resulting in a denial of service, or possibly execute arbitrary code. This issue only affected Ubuntu 16.04 LTS. Mitigation
Users of affected products are strongly encouraged to follow the mitigations below. The Cloud Foundry project recommends upgrading the following releases:

- Upgrade 250.x versions to 250.202 or greater

- Upgrade 621.x versions to 621.78 or greater
- All other stemcells should be upgraded to the latest version available on bosh.io.
